Whether the need is data utilization and management, continuous improvement, redesign or full scale process development, we help clients discover and document current processes, develop changes that improve the process outcome and design results-oriented strategies for implementation and adoption.

Project management services include development of strategic project portfolios, establishment of PMO functions (including document templates, staff training, and creation of project plans that foster inclusion and accountability), and long-term management of technical projects including contract negotiation, system selection, system implementation and adoption, and post live optimization.

Management, staff and physician education is a critical element of every project we lead.  Our educational offerings include courses in process flow analysis, process redesign, performance measurement, project management, and meeting management. We also work with clients to develop education programs tailored to new technologies and organizational initiatives.

For B•MHE, leadership development is based on Myers Briggs personality types.  We work with clients to identify individual and group types, and develop management training tailored to the needs of the group. Course topics include leadership, teambuilding, conflict management, and understanding and using personality type to manage
